Cross Training
Usually, an exercise will target a specific muscle group, but no other. The trainers at Strong Island Fitness have researched the effectiveness and/or shortcomings of several training methods. With our cross-training program, Strong Island Fitness combines a variety of exercises to work different parts of the body for maximum health and fitness results. By alternating between the potential shortcomings of one exercise with the proven strengths of another exercise, the Strong Island Fitness program anticipates and then compensates for any inadequacies or weaknesses of a single regimen.
